About the Teacher
Addie Herrlin
Hi, there! My name is Addie Herrlin. I'm currently a junior at Auburn University in Auburn Alabama studying Elementary Education. I'm a preservice teacher who has learned everything I know so far about teaching reading to children from my professor, Dr. Bruce Murray. I, along with my class, am publishing this website to share designs with teachers for an assignment. I'm excited to get into my own classroom in the future and implement these lessons with my students. Please feel free to use these lessons in your classroom--they are designed for small groups, but could be modified for use with larger group or whole class lessons.
I love to read, crochet, watch football, and be with family & friends. I hope to obtain a master's degree in either Collaborative Special Education or English Language Learning. I hope you find these lesson designs useful and engaging! Happy teaching!
